The event will be held in the Roundhouse of Bishops Wood Local Nature Reserve in Caswell, Swansea. (There is ample parking (Free after 7pm).

To get to The Roundhouse you will need to take a 5 minute walk along the footpath that runs from the end of the car park. It is an easy walk but you should note that the footpath is slightly uneven and on a very slight incline

 What ticket to buy :
Tickets must be purchased in advance and there are limited places available. There are two ticket types depending upon whether you want to reserve a seat on the wooden benches inside the roundhouse (image right), or if you are prepared to bring your own chair to sit on. If you want to use the existing benches you should select the 'reserve seat' ticket for £6. If you are prepared to bring your own chair you should select the 'bringing my own seat' ticket for £5.

 Recommended ages :
This event is more suitable for adults or children aged over 12 years old. Children under 12 will still be admitted if the parents want their child to attend but must be accompanied by an adult and you should be aware the delivery style and some content is intended for an older audience.

Apologies, but dogs are not to be brought to this event. I love dogs but this is a public event with a mixed audience so for the comfort of others (and your dog), please leave your pets at home.

Arrival :
The performance starts at 7.15pm prompt. Therefore we recommend you arrive by 7pm at the very latest, to allow plenty of time for you to reach the roundhouse.

Bringing my own seat :
If you plan to bring your own seat, it is recommended that you bring something lightweight such as a folding camping chair so that it will be easier for you to carry from the car park

Clothing & Footwear :
This is an outdoor event, therefore please ensure you have dressed appropriately for an evening sitting outdoors (jacket, jumper etc). This includes wearing shoes that are suitable for walking on uneven ground.

Poor Weather :
The Roundhouse provides good cover and so the event will continue even if it rains. The event will only be cancelled if there are extreme weather conditions that represent a potential risk.

Toilets :
Toilet facilities are located on the seafront at the entrance to the car park. It is therefore recommended that you use the facilities before walking to the roundhouse.

Refreshments and food :
Food and drink will not be available and therefore it is suggested that you bring your own refreshments should you want them (there will be a brief interval during the performance). However please note that the landowners have requested there is no alcohol consumption on site and that all litter is taken away with you.

Non refundable tickets :
Please note that tickets are non-refundable. Only in the unlikely event that the performance is cancelled will the purchase price of the tickets be refunded.
